Our web store operates very similarly to the stores on other web sites such as iTunes, Amazon, etc. In order to make purchases, you must open an account that requires only basic information - name, email, address, city, state, zip, country and phone. A primary difference between our web site and others is that we do not ask for, nor do we store, any financial information when you set up your account. Opening an account has two purposes:

  1. It facilitates purchases now or in the future. When you make a purchase, the basic information from your account must match the basic information from your credit card. If not, the purchase is declined.
  2. It allows you to download (and re-download if needed) the mp3/digital purchases you make by simply logging into your account.


All purchases made from our web store are processed through Paypal; a large, national company with many years of experience. Think of Paypal like the credit card box at Walmart or the grocery store through which you swipe your credit card. Using a third party handler that specializes in secure transactions is a normal practice for all churches, ministries and businesses both in retail and online. All transactions are completely secure and private. Paypal provides the complex infrastructure and security necessary to ensure fast, reliable and secure transmission of transaction data. Paypal manages the routing of transactions just like a traditional credit card swipe machine you find in the physical retail world, however, Paypal uses the Internet instead of a phone line.

Just like when you swipe your card at the grocery store and the teller never sees your information, when you put your information into PayPal, Lionheart Ministries never sees any of your financial information - not your credit card number, pin number or anything else. After the transaction is complete, Paypal sends us an email that a transaction has taken place with ONLY the name and address of the person ordering. We never see any of the transactions and are emailed the final activity only if there is an order for physical material (CDs, hard copy books, etc.) so that we can ship your order to you. In addition, we do NOT store any financial data about your purchase.


Credit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept Paypal payments directly as well. We do not add any credit card surcharges of any kind. For your protection, we verify all credit card transactions (i.e., address, zip code, name, and expiration date, three digit cvv2 number on back of card and telephone number). Any attempt to commit or engage in fraudulent activity will be reported to the proper authorities.

You may call 1-865-233-0899 Monday through Friday (9 AM - 4 PM Eastern Time) and speak with our administrator who can answer questions and help with orders.


Please send all personal checks and money orders, payable to Lionheart, to 114 Defoe Circle, Maryville, TN 37803. Orders will be processed upon receipt of your payment.


Orders are shipped via UPS or via U.S. First Class Mail, depending on the size of the items shipped. It is our policy not to charge our customers for shipping, so you can be confident that the price of any particular item will not be inflated by unexpected shipping fees. Please allow 4 to 5 working days for delivery, and more if ordering from outside of the US.


If our product is in anyway unsatisfactory, (a CD that will not play, etc.), we will gladly ship you another for no charge. Typically, there is no need to return a product to us if it is unusable. Should such a need arise, we will discuss it on a case by case basis.


Should our products be unsatisfactory to you and a replacement product is not possible, we will gladly refund the purchase price of your product to you. We will discuss each situation on a case by case basis to find the best solution.


David Townsend, our administrator and one of our pastors, is a man of the highest integrity and keeps a close watch on all things pertaining to our web operations. If any problems arise with transactions, they are handled between David, the technicians at, and, if necessary, our webmaster.


How To Sign Up

You may sign up for the Lionheart Newsletter by following the instructions on our web site home page under the “About” tab at the top of the page. The information that we obtain when you sign up is used for internal purposes only and is not shared, published, or sold to any sources outside of Lionheart Restoration Ministries.

How to Unsubscribe

You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Simply click on the “Unsubscribe” option at the bottom of any email and follow the instructions. Or you can send a blank email to with “Unsubscribe” in the Subject line and your information will be automatically removed.
